Senior Accountant
Job Summary:
The Senior Accountant will plan and direct the accounting activities of the department. Follows up on any dispute pertaining AP and AR. Monitors accounting systems controls to ensure accurate financial reporting, preventing fraud. The Senior Accountant reports to the CEO.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Manages A/P and A/R staff.
• Work with AP/AR to resolve vendors and customers issues.
• Ensure collections and payments are on time.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
• Preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
• Responsible for financial reporting, commission calculations, payroll, and budget preparation.
• Production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
• Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; work with CPA for filing annual corporate tax return.
• Plans and executes workflow for monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounting closes.
• Manages and reviews reconciliations of all entries and postings to balance sheet and income statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepares and post journal and month end closing entries.
• Prepares the month-end calendar, including dates of final close of books.
• Full-cycle accounting including preparation and analysis of the financial statements, general ledgers, budgets, and cash-flow projections.
• Coordinates training for new staff and identifies training needs for current staff and conducts performance evaluations.
• Recommends benchmarks that will be used to measure the company’s performance.
• Audits accounts to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information for the annual external audit.
• Maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures; implements a system of controls over accounting transactions to minimize risk.
• Presents recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies.
• Provide accurate and timely financial information to the CEO, Board of Directors, and owner of the company.
• Prepares and reviews monthly financial results (including budget and cost reports).
• Prepare and review of interim and annual financial reporting, including financial reporting as required under GAAP.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
• Performs other duties as necessary or assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration required with an Accounting focus.
• Five years or more of related experience with General Ledger (G/L) accounting in a corporate environment required.
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Regional Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the management, implementation, and execution of sales activities in the assigned region.
Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager is expected to propose, demonstrate, and procure end user demand through product specifications and contracts.
Achieve maximum sales volume potential for products and/or services through the regional dealer network.
FLSA Status:
Exempt
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Achieve regional sales goals, objectives, and strategies to include the identification, qualification, and quantification of strategic end user agencies and dealer/distributors.
• Development of territory plans to optimize strategic coverage of region. Works to establish new accounts in the territory. Monitors existing accounts and regularly communicates with primary contacts for the account.
• To drive demand for our products at the end user level. Sells the company’s products in an assigned territory. Increase market share through our dealer/distributor network.
• Accountability of sales of new, existing, and discontinued products to ensure inventory turnover while maximizing profits.
• Utilize SalesForce.com to create efficient contact management, territory planning, follow-up and follow-through with all regional end user agencies and dealer/distributors.
• Works toward increasing sales growth in the territory at an established rate determined by the VP of Sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• Excellent time management skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize and complete work to include while traveling.
•Thorough knowledge of territory, market, and customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of fcontracts and bid process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and with CRM (preferably Salesforce.com) Software Program.
• Organized with attention to detail. Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Three (3) years minimum experience in sales, preferably within the uniform apparel industry. Experience in sales to Governmental sector desired
• Five years of outside sales experience required. Physical Requirements:
• Overnight travel about 50% • Ability to travel daily and spend most of the day in a vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and clean DMV required.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for building strong relationships through customer care and driving sales, manage the day-to-day relationships with all customers to achieve the sales goals and objectives set forth by management.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
•Direct account responsibilities for key accounts as identified by the company.
•Develop leads and seek new revenue opportunities for the company.
•Educate prospective clients on our products, features, benefits, key price points and competitiveadvantages.
•Develop a plan and sales goals by customer that are approved by Management.
•Cold calls log and track a minimum of 25-40 calls a day.
•Maintain daily/weekly communication with customers by providing reports, trackinginformation, and troubleshooting problems.
•Provide weekly updates to management on all potential leads.
•Communicate with all internal parties across the organization to ensure smooth execution fromthe initiation through order delivery.
•Research and be aware of new product introductions from our competitors and within thevarious industries we compete.
•Follow-up on details ranging from account set up, order receipt, processing orders and accuratedelivery.
